Ce vei face:

  • Colaborezi cu echipa de proiect în gestionarea activităților și sarcinilor zilnice specifice poziției tale.
  • Gestionezi și actualizezi datele clienților, cotațiile și comenzile în sistemul nostru ERP.
  • Realizezi definirea structurată a cerințelor clientului.
  • Faci analiza fiecărui proiect din punctul de vedere al costurilor, termenelor, riscurilor și oportunității.
  • Faci planificarea sarcinilor care trebuie efectuate pentru realizarea fiecărui proiect, stabilești termene intermediare și finale și componența echipei de proiect.
  • Ții legătura cu clienții privind stadiul lucrărilor, termenele de predare, terminologia specifică, prețul lucrărilor, orice probleme apărute în timpul desfășurării lucrărilor.
  • Pregătești documente pentru traducere și te asiguri de optimizarea lor în formatele necesare (Word, Excel etc.).
  • Realizezi sarcini administrative precum menținerea memoriilor de traducere, bazelor de date terminologice, ghidurilor stilistice și pregătirea materialelor de referință.
  • Pregătești documentele finale pentru printare, autorizare și legalizare.
  • Te asiguri de arhivarea corespunzătoare și completă a tuturor documentelor aferente proiectelor.

Ce ne dorim de la tine:

  • Studii superioare nivel minim licență. Studiile de specialitate în domeniu (traducere/localizare, project management în traduceri) sau studiile de drept constitutie avantaj.
  • Experiența anterioară ca traducător constituie avantaj.
  • Abilități tehnice excelente și înțelegerea sistemelor informatice.
  • Experiența anterioară în OCR, editare text și corectură constituie avantaj.
  • Capacitatea de a lucra eficient în condiții de stres și multitasking.
  • Limba engleză la nivel avansat.
  • Atenție la detalii și gândire logică.
