Ce vei face:

  • Vei fi principalul punct de contact pentru brokerii de asigurari din portofoliul nostru
  • Vei construi si mentine relatii puternice si de durata cu stakeholderii principali
  • Vei comunica constant cu brokerii pentru a intelege nevoile, provocarile si feedbackul lor
  • Vei monitoriza satisfactia partenerilor si vei actiona proactiv pentru a mentine o colaborare solida
  • Vei organiza intalniri periodice cu clientii pentru a discuta experienta cu platforma si posibile imbunatatiri
  • Vei colabora strans cu echipele de Customer Support si Product Development pentru a oferi solutii rapide si eficiente
  • Vei colecta si prioritiza feedbackul partenerilor pentru a sprijini dezvoltarea continua a platformei
  • Vei ramane la curent cu modificarile din aplicatie si te vei asigura ca partenerii sunt informati corespunzator
  • Vei contribui la initiative interne menite sa imbunatateasca experienta partenerilor si eficienta echipei

Ce cautam la tine:

  • Experienta anterioara in account management, relatii cu clientii sau parteneriate, ideal in domeniul SaaS sau asigurari
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare si relationare
  • Capacitatea de a identifica proactiv nevoile partenerilor si de a propune solutii potrivite
  • Gandire analitica, atentie la detalii si bune abilitati de organizare
  • Familiaritate cu platforme software (experienta cu solutii SaaS este un plus)
  • Profesionalism si calm in gestionarea situatiilor sensibile sau a escaladarilor
  • O atitudine colaborativa, orientata spre rezultate comune si succesul partenerilor
