Responsabilități cheie:


Gestionare proiecte investiții

  • Supervizezi implementarea investițiilor, relația cu autoritățile și contractele de finanțare;
  • Elaborezi planuri și bugete de investiții, monitorizezi execuția acestora și raportezi deviațiile;


Control financiar & raportare

  • Verifici situațiile de lucrări, asiguri controlul în teren și raportezi progresul lunar;
  • Gestionezi costurile și documentația pentru decontări;


Analiză financiară & reglementări

  • Realizezi estimări, calculezi taxe datorate autorităților și te asiguri de înregistrarea corectă în contabilitate;
  • Coordonezi raportările periodice și participi la evaluarea ofertelor pentru achiziții;


Implementare procese

  • Contribui activ la personalizarea aplicației Navision pentru o mai bună gestionare financiară a investițiilor;


Candidatul ideal:

Experiență relevantă în investiții și control financiar (preferabil energie/construcții);

Cunoștințe solide de analiză financiară, bugetare și raportare;

Abilități excelente de organizare, analiză și luare a deciziilor;

Experiență cu ERP-uri – Navision (avantaj);

Capacitate de prezentare și colaborare cu managementul;
