Administrarea completă a infrastructurii Microsoft Azure (mașini virtuale, rețele virtuale, backup, securitate).

Experiență minimă: 10 ani în domeniul IT, din care cel puțin 5 în administrare de sisteme și rețele.


Gestionarea și administrarea mediului Microsoft 365 / Office 365, inclusiv:
Exchange Online,
SharePoint Online,
Teams,
Entra ID (Azure AD).

Monitorizarea, mentenanța și optimizarea infrastructurii IT (servere, rețele, echipamente de comunicație).
Configurarea, testarea și mentenanța tunelurilor VPN între sediul central și agențiile Tezaur.
Monitorizarea traficului de rețea și identificarea eventualelor incidente de securitate sau congestii.

Diagnosticarea și remedierea problemelor hardware și software pentru echipamentele din agenții:
PC-uri, monitoare, webcam-uri, imprimante, balanțe electronice, NVR-uri, camere video, UPS-uri, routere, conexiuni internet.

Suport tehnic remote (telefonic / remote desktop) de la sediu și intervenții fizice.
Colaborare cu furnizorii de servicii IT și internet pentru remedierea incidentelor.
Documentarea infrastructurii IT și actualizarea permanentă a procedurilor de lucru.
Asigurarea disponibilității infrastructurii IT conform SLA-urilor interne.
Disponibilitate ocazională pentru a răspunde la telefon sau a interveni rar în afara programului de lucru sau în weekend, în cazuri critice.

Candidatul Ideal

  • Experiență minimă: 10 ani în domeniul IT, din care cel puțin 5 în administrare de sisteme și rețele.

    Cunoștințe solide în:
    Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, backup, cost management);
    Office 365 / SharePoint Online / Exchange Online;
    Administrare Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy;
    Configurare VPN site-to-site și remote;
    Rețelistică LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, firewall, NAT;
    Securitate IT și management acces.

    Abilități practice de depanare hardware & software pentru echipamente periferice din agenții.
    Cunoștințe despre echipamente de rețea: Mikrotik, TP-Link, Zyxel, Cisco (avantaj).
    Certificări relevante (ex. Microsoft, CCNA) – constituie avantaj.
    Atitudine proactivă, orientare spre soluții și capacitate de a gestiona simultan mai multe incidente.
    Abilități excelente de comunicare, atât tehnice cât și interpersonale.
