Merchandiser - Philip Morris - Bucharest

What will your responsibilities be?

Placing temporary communication materials (posters, leaflets, visuals placed in PPOSM) at the point of sale (POS);
Cleaning PPOSM (exhibition shelves, counter unit, displays) placed within POS;
Ensuring PPOSM (exhibition shelves, plasma) are in optimal working conditions;
Communicating any technical / electrical issues that occur at the PPOSMs placed within POS;
Implementing planograms, in line with the communicated objectives, including updating price tags;
Checking product stock at the exhibition shelves and ensuring optimal product rotation;

Respecting defined and communicated routes;
Properly informing sales personnel within POS about ongoing campaigns or promotional activities.

The position is available indefinitely.

What do we expect from you?

Good communication skills and persuasive power;
Ease in initiating and developing interpersonal relationships;
Customer-oriented, as well as consumer-oriented;
Availability for a 100% field-based, dynamic position;
Completed secondary studies with high school diploma;
Category B driving license, minimum 1 year experience.
