1) Contract and performance measurement
· Support to improve and optimize travel program
· Proactive program recommendations
· Regular monitoring of the agreed SLAs
· Working under own initiative to improve the local travel program through constructive
communication programs
2) Local service delivery management
· Support implementation process inclusive implementation of internal Agency systems and tools /
change management process
· Organize and lead travel team discussions
· Settlement of operational issues
· Ensure that client's travel policy is considered and lost savings/Reason Codes are used accurate
by the travel agents
3) Business plans and reviews
· Business plan development with client
· Business reviews of travel program including:
o client travel spend data
o Contribute to benchmarking of clients with similar travel profiles
o Review of booking parameters
o Financial overview of transaction fees / commission reports
· Provide industry trend information
4) Financials
· Budget and forecast development
· National Settlement process and reconciliation
5) MIS / Reporting requirements
· Monitor data quality and data acquisition monthly
· Review of data and trends
· Delivery of Ad hoc reports
6) Communication
· Proactive communication with client's country travel manager
· Facilitation clients training sessions
· Local language communication facilitation
· Facilitate cultural understanding of country specifics
7) Online support (if applicable)
· Participation to the online implementation
· Recommendations to increase online adoption rate
· Support change management support to improve adoption rate
8) Security and Crises Management
· In case of any flight delays or crises (e.g. ashcloud, etc.) client request pro-active support and
established crises process respond to ensure that travelers are contacted.· Education\: University Degree – Economic Studies are considered a plus · 3 years' experience in an account management role · Background in Travel industry is considered a plus (TMCs, GDSs related activities, hotels) · Strong commercial understanding of business issues/ opportunities · Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation · Ability to explain complex situations or solutions competently and confidently · Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and assign priority according to company guidelines · Must be self-motivated, a proactive team player · Ability to organize, analyze details, prioritize and present information in an easy to understand manner · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Good sales/negotiation skills · Fluency in English ; the second language is a plus
