Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing reservation requests.
• Dispatching and coordinating drivers and vehicles according to customer requirements.
• Ensuring efficient and timely completion of assignments.
• Communicating with international customers and partners in both German and English.
• Creating and maintaining booking and dispatch data in relevant IT systems.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Collaborating closely with other departments, such as Accounting.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• High stress tolerance, flexibility, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
• Team player with a structured and independent working style.
