What Will You Contribute?

We're looking for a Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst ready to take the next step: create and run a new intelligence function and focus on competitor analysis and sales enablement . You'll define processes, select and implement tools, and then manage day-to-day operations—delivering insights that shape business strategy, product roadmap, and go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Build: Define intelligence processes and frameworks for competitive analysis.
  • Select Tools: Choose and implement CI platforms, data subscriptions, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Run Operations: Deliver recurring and ad hoc insights to stakeholders.
  • Scope of Operations Includes:
  • Competitor analysis and battlecards
  • Win-loss reviews
  • Benchmarking product capabilities and pricing strategies
  • Competitive positioning and GTM insights
  • Collaborate: Work with Strategy, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Improve: Suggest automation and best practices for efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Competitive Intelligence within Financial Services or FinTech.
  • Knowledge of Treasury & Capital Markets and competitor landscape (Murex, Calypso, FIS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with intelligence tools, data subscriptions, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Ability to turn competitive data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building from scratch.
