How you will support our mission

We are looking for a Field Engineer for our Grid Connection Project (Wind Farm) in Ograda County, Romania.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onsite operations and ensure smooth execution.
    • Oversee the correct implementation of construction drawings.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors for the implementation of the work plan.
    • Manage construction flow and timetables.
    • Provide technical support and resolve onsite issues.
    • Perform quality checks and ensure proper documentation.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
    • Identify and manage local resources, materials, and services.
    • Report and collaborate closely with the Project Management team.
    • Deliver project completion on time, on budget, and in line with technical requirements.
    • Minimize punch list items during acceptance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; postgraduate studies are a plus.
    • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
    • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
    • 2+ years of relevant experience in large-scale projects (renewable energy plants and/or grid connection).
