As a
Junior Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
, you will join our dynamic and international SAP SuccessFactors Consulting team. You'll be part of exciting HR transformation projects, helping our customers improve and digitalize their time management processes — with plenty of support and opportunities to grow your expertise.

Your tasks

  • Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions, working closely with senior consultants and project managers
  • Assist in the integration of time tracking features into existing HR processes and IT landscapes
  • Help prepare and participate in workshops, training sessions, and testing activities
  • Collaborate in customer projects to modernize time and attendance management
  • Contribute to ongoing system optimization, including support with incidents, change requests, and updates related to SAP innovations

Your profile
You have minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, ideally working with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM. The following skills and qualifications describe your profile:

  • Strong interest in HR IT systems
  • Educational background in computer science, business administration, HR, or a related field
  • Motivation to build expertise in time management and workforce planning processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Reliable, structured, and proactive way of working, with a strong willingness to learn
  • Fluent English (spoken & written); German at B2 level or willingness to improve is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed
