Responsibilities

• Contribute to the structural design of industrial projects across various sectors.
• Ensure all assigned projects are executed in line with our quality management system.
• Support a collaborative, multidisciplinary design process by working across various engineering disciplines.
• Understand and respond effectively to client needs and expectations.
• Stay updated on industry standards, guidelines, and emerging technologies, and share relevant insights with your team.
• Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (including architects, mechanical, piping, and other specialists), and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• You are a qualified Structural Engineer, holding at least a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of technical experience in structural engineering, including the design and analysis of various concrete and steel structures.
• Experience with international projects (outside Romania) is considered an advantage.
• You are proficient in using Revit or Advance Steel for drafting and modeling.
• Experience with structural calculation software is a plus.
• You possess strong communication skills.
• You have a high level of proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
