Security Consultant – Customer Advisory

You will guide our customers in getting the most out of Microsoft Defender XDR – from advisory and integration through to ongoing operations. Together with our Engineering and SOC teams, you'll make sure security is not just a buzzword but delivers real value.

What You Will Do With Us

  • Advising customers on deploying and operating Microsoft Defender XDR (including Endpoint, Identity, Office, and Cloud Apps).
  • Supporting technical implementation and onboarding into existing customer environments.
  • Shaping and delivering Managed Security Services leveraging Microsoft Defender.
  • Identifying opportunities to extend and optimize customers' Microsoft Security environments.
  • Collaborating closely with our Engineering and SOC teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

When you fit in with us

  • You have solid experience in technical consulting and integrating Microsoft Security solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Intune, and Conditional Access is part of your toolkit.
  • An understanding of managed service delivery models helps you succeed in this role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, Compliance, DLP) is a plus.
  • You communicate fluently in both German and English.
  • Certifications such as SC-200, SC-300, or MS-500 would be beneficial but are not a requirement.
