What you will do daily:

1. Own the entire HR recruiting journey, from sourcing to CV screening, interviews, and keeping everyone in the loop with follow-ups.
2. Become a LinkedIn pro, sourcing and reaching out to some fantastic Sr IT specialists.
3. Rock those HR screenings with candidates, making sure everyone's a perfect fit.
4. Take charge of translating candidate reports into English.
5. Juggle roles and clients like a pro, coordinating everything seamlessly.
6. Engage in daily stand-ups and meetings with clients to stay in sync.
7. Be the mastermind behind advertising all our open job positions.
8. Handle both internal and external strategic communication with a friendly flair)

Requests:

• Hold a Master's degree, with expertise in Staff Evaluation, Training, and Psychological Counseling.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with a preference for recruitment background.
• Showcase strong communication and selling skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Bring a curious and problem-solving mindset, coupled with a people-oriented approach.
• And, of course, be someone who is genuinely in love with HR and recruitment
