We are currently seeking associate auditors to join our Audit Teams.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Economics/Polytechnics/Mathematics, with a focus on accounting – part or completed ACCA is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Romanian GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is a plus
• Good understanding of the Romanian market and business environment (preferred)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian – other European languages will be considered a plus
• Team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, eager to develop a career in audit within a professional environment

Main responsibilities

• Work as part of an Audit engagement team for Romanian and international clients
• Support senior colleagues in audit fieldwork, documentation, and reporting
• Prepare working papers and gather audit evidence in line with KPMG standards
• Develop knowledge of audit methodologies and accounting standards
• Contribute to a positive team environment and actively seek feedback for improvement
