We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive with strong English communication skills for the management of our royalties. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of accounts and reporting, with the ability to manage financial statements and payment logs accurately.

In this role, you will be in direct contact with authors, handle invoices and payments, prepare royalty reports, and support management with financial reporting. Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong English communication skills, especially in drafting professional emails
  • CMA or CA (Inter) qualification
  • Solid knowledge of accounts, reporting, statements, and payment logs
  • Ability to manage invoices, payments, and royalty preparations
  • Familiarity with SAP is a strong advantage

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with SAP is required
  • Familiarity with working with CRM is required - Manage Royalty Statements: Establish and distribute royalty statements to authors with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Initiate Payments: Process royalty payments promptly, ensuring every transaction is correct and compliant.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and deliver clear, accurate royalty reports that support transparency and trust.
  • Run Royalties: Execute scheduled royalty runs and double-check results for precision.
  • Stay Connected with Authors: Follow up on queries and provide timely updates to maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Resolve Support Tickets: Address and close tickets quickly, keeping workflows efficient.
  • Communicate with Clarity: Use impeccable English.
