• Support cultural change within the organization incl:
  • Conduct assessments to analyze existing safety culture and practices;
  • Develop interactive, practical training courses in occupational safety;
  • Conduct Safety Culture training courses in various countries and coach supervisors and employees;
  • Measure effectiveness through KPIs and propose continuous improvement;
• Coordination of external services and internal stakeholders;
• Support the development of strategic & global safety concepts to strengthen the safety culture;
• Support the development of training courses in occupational safety;
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary, overarching, international working groups;
• Lessons learned sharing and best practices.

• Degree in mechanical engineering, occupational safety, change management, economic psychology or a comparable course of study;
• Several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety or change management, desirable in connection with safety culture development;
• Qualification as a safety specialist as a prerequisite or comparable qualification;
• Qualification and experience as a coach as a prerequisite incl. strong communication and group facilitation skills;
• Independent working style as well as a target and solution-oriented approach at all hierarchical levels;
• Experience in coordinating with external service providers;
• Business fluent in English, additional languages are a significant advantage;
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally %), as well as high social and intercultural competence;
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and international standards (for example: ISO 45001, OSHA, etc.).
