PFMEA Moderator

Requirements:

• Higher education on a technical field (preferably in quality);
• Solid knowledge of APIS IQ-RM software;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry;
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an PFMEA moderator;
• Very good knowledge of the PFMEA tool/prior experience in applying the method and moderating analyses;
• Good knowledge of Core Tools;
• Knowledge of VDA6.3, IATF 16949 standards;
• Knowledge of change management;
• Good communication, presentation, and moderation skills;
• Good analytical and teamwork skills;
• Good time management and conflict management skills;
• Knowledge of English - intermediate/advanced level (knowledge of German is an advantage).

Responsibilities
:

• Plans and moderates PFMEA according to the latest standard;
• Ensures the preparation of multidisciplinary PFMEA meetings;
• Ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the PFMEA analysis process;
• Creates and coordinates the necessary team for updating the PFMEA;
• Ensures that the documentation of PFMEA meetings is done according to the requirements;
• Evaluates and interprets risk analyses;
• Provides support for related teams – Customer Complaints, Quality Planning;
• Ensures verification and implementation of measures taken within the PFMEA analysis and reports deviations from the established plan to superiors;
• Plans and monitors the annual PFMEA review for all ranges;
• Ensures that quality objectives for PFMEA are met;
• Delivers the FMEA presentation to the client or auditor;
• Collaborates with the FMEA responsible from Headquarters;
• Participates in DFMEA meetings.
