WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply chain Intern to join our team and support the market demand department. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience across several key areas of supply chain management
- Align stock allocation policies with our Customer Service & Planning (CSP) team to ensure automated reservations and prioritizations.
- Provide feedback to the Market Demand Manager on major risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate responses to smaller crises such as product availability issues, quality concerns, or microbiological alerts.
- Support the coding and documentation of service losses and stock unavailability.
- Monitor and take action on waste prevention for finished goods.
- Coordinate the business waste agenda with traders, ensuring orders are loaded and procedures are followed.
- Communicate significant Out-of-Stock (OOS) risks and ensure accurate reporting by the Market Supply Planner.
- Assist in seasonal projects involving product repacking and delivery according to the business plan.
- Contribute to any other planning-related initiatives that support our supply chain targets.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- University studies in at least the 2nd or 3rd year of university in Business Administration, management or related fields
- Understanding of supply chain processes: Basic knowledge.
Skills
- Prioritization and coordination: Managing smaller crises and seasonal repacking projects.
- Cross-functional communication skills:
- Clear and timely communication of risks, opportunities, and OOS situations.
- Team collaboration skills
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with MS Office tools; knowledge of LinkedIn or other recruiting platforms is a plus.
- Capability of developing strong team relationships via interpersonal and communication skills.
