Despre rol:

Căutăm un Presales Engineer – Product Line (Iași) care să susțină extinderea operațiunilor Dahua în regiunea Moldovei. Vei lucra îndeaproape cu echipa națională de vânzări și suport tehnic pentru a oferi consultanță, training și asistență tehnică clienților și partenerilor locali, inclusiv pentru activitățile RMA și service.

Responsabilități principale:


• Suport tehnic pentru partenerii și clienții locali înainte și după vânzare


• Participare la demonstrații de produs, testări POC și configurarea soluțiilor Dahua


• Asistență tehnică în proiecte de educație, transport și infrastructură inteligentă


• Pregătirea documentației tehnice și ofertelor pentru clienți


• Organizarea de traininguri locale pentru parteneri și clienți


• Sprijin în activitățile de service (RMA, reparații și întreținere echipamente)


• Colaborare cu echipele din București și HQ pentru feedback și suport tehnic

Profilul candidatului ideal:

Studii tehnice (electronică, IT, automatizări, telecomunicații sau domenii similare)

Experiență de minimum 3 ani in solutii CCTV / securitate / IT

Cunoștințe solide despre rețele IP, software și integrarea sistemelor

Abilități bune de comunicare și relaționare cu clienții

Limba engleză nivel mediu sau avansat

Permis de conducere categoria B

Disponibilitate pentru deplasări ocazionale în regiune
