We are looking for a Manager passionate about understanding markets, analyzing trends, and creating value for clients. This role involves participating in strategic projects where you will combine qualitative and quantitative analysis with critical and consultative thinking, to support companies in their decision-making process.

Role and responsibilities

  • Conduct market analyses (market research, consumer insights, competitive landscape) across various industries
  • Contribute to strategy and value creation projects, focusing on identifying growth and optimization opportunities
  • Develop business plans, investment reviews, and plan reviews
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within KPMG to provide integrated solutions
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications and skills

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, business planning, market analysis, or investment review.
  • Solid background in strategic consulting or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a focus on consumer analytics and market trends.
  • Ability to think in a structured way and translate data into insights and client recommendations.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau, and project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Romanian and English).
  • Proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a strong drive to deliver value in projects.
