Your role


• You are responsible for the functional operation of our machines and work with various internal departments and external suppliers to successfully complete projects.


• You take care of the functional description and documentation of your programs.


• You are responsible for programming (PLC/HMI/Motion/Safety) and testing our machines in our workshop.


• You work together with the Electrical Engineering department for new developments.


• You provide support to our production team during the start-up of our machines.


• You are willing to occasionally travel to customers to optimize the start-up of new machines and solve any start-up problems in the field.


• You write the user manuals and the start-up manuals.


• You provide the customer with the necessary service afterwards, remotely or on site at the customer.

Your profile


• You have a master's degree or have equivalent experience.


• You preferably have at least 3 years of experience within industrial automation or machine building projects.


• You have experience with PLC programming. Knowledge of Omron and Siemens is an advantage.


• A practical knowledge of the machine guidelines and machine safety is a plus.


• You have an analytical mind and can work in a structured way with an eye for detail. You are a real problem solver.


• You have a hands-on approach and do not shy away from a technical challenge.


• You are a team player but can also work independently.


• You are stress resistant and can respect deadlines.


• You have a good knowledge of English.


• You are flexible to foreign interventions.
