Are you passionate about technology and love solving technical challenges? PGI is looking for talented Junior Application Support Engineers to join our Support Team If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with applications, and collaborating with customers, this role is a great fit for you.

What You'll Do
:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues quickly and efficiently
  • Monitor application performance and raise support tickets
  • Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer technical teams
  • Maintain / update technical documentation
  • Manage the support tickets, ensuring they're handled within SLAs

What We're Looking For
:

  • Fluent in English and Romanian (additional languages are a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Support
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, log analysis
  • Proactive and communicative approach to work
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and working with SLAs
  • Understanding corporate server environments (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, AD)
  • Understanding of SQL and motivation to learn working with databases
  • Team playing skills – work well in a location-distributed team and be part of a star team
  • Fast learner and interested to learn about ECM Systems
  • IT-related studies or development experience (a plus)
