Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Cluj-Napoca for an Agent role. The Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings and evaluations, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about real estate market trends. Daily tasks also include providing personalized recommendations to clients, preparing documentation, and ensuring seamless real estate transactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities with a focus on detail orientation.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for real estate transactions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment.
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
