Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Coordinator role based in Craiova. The Service Coordinator will oversee daily service operations, ensure excellent customer service, and facilitate communication between clients, service teams, and suppliers. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance and repairs, managing service requests, and ensuring the timely delivery of parts and services. The position involves streamlining workflows and collaborating closely with internal departments to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Service Coordination and Operations Management
• Proficient Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Customer Service and a client-focused approach
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in the agricultural or automotive machinery sector is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Romanian
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
