You will:

  • Work on creating and implementing needed insurance product development for adequate and sustainable business activity
  • Analyse insurance product portfolio profitability and define measures for sustainable improvement
  • Monitor and track implementation of insurance profitability initiatives
  • Support the development of innovative insurance products and solutions tailored to corporate clients
  • Collaborate with IT on insurance-related digital solutions ensuring alignment with insurance business needs
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of insurance products and processes with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate and support ESG standards implementation and monitoring
  • Take part in regional and international insurance projects and working groups
  • Provide support through insurance-focused reporting, product development input, and portfolio profitability analysis

You have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, actuarial science, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of insurance product development, portfolio profitability metrics
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Power BI)
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
