The Talent Sourcer identifies and engages potential candidates for various roles within the organization. This position requires foundational sourcing experience, proficiency with recruitment technologies, and the ability to support the broader talent acquisition team with increasingly complex sourcing assignments. This role will be for an initial 6-month period until the end of March 2026 and will cover the EMEA Region
Key Responsibilities- Execute targeted candidate searches using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS)
- Manage and qualify inbound applicants
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles
- Screen resumes and create candidate shortlists based on job requirements
- Craft personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates
- Track sourcing metrics and report on activities
- Apply Boolean search techniques and sourcing strategies
- Maintain candidate data in the ATS with accuracy and attention to detail
- Participation in intake meetings. Collaborate with Hiring Managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Conduct screening and discovery calls with candidates to capture motivation and determine fit against the role requirements
- Occasional support for raising requisitions in ATS system, ad hoc reporting and sharing jobs internally to boost internal and referral applications
- 2-3 years minimum of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably sourcing for Technical roles (engineering, product, data, IT etc.) or Go-To-Market Positions (Renewals, Customer Success, SDRs, Sales)
- Working knowledge of Boolean search techniques
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent written and spoken English. Additional European Languages are highly advantageous
- Actual OKRs will be defined collaboratively, based on the focus area (tech, go-to-market, job locations etc.). You should however expect to be consistently submitting 20+ qualified candidates per week with a 50% or higher average response rate on outreach messages.
- Contributing to at least 25 successful hires throughout the year
- Maintaining 95% data accuracy in the ATS and receiving positive feedback from hiring partners
- Developing expertise in at least 2 specific job families or departments
- Demonstrating increased autonomy in sourcing strategy and execution
- Achieving a 25% improvement in candidate quality as measured by funnel conversion rates
- Successfully implementing at least 1 new sourcing approach that improves efficiency
