Introduction

As Toluna enters its next phase of exciting growth we are looking for a Quality Insights Manager. Your role will be to guide the Quality Team's and wider business' decision-making on quality-related topics through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

You translate the insights needs of the business into the required data and make it available by:

  • Mapping out and maintaining access to relevant, high-quality, up-to-date data by collaborating with the applicable colleagues in the database team.
  • Making data accessible to other teams in a digestible format via PowerBI and ensure the reports are optimised for their needs.
  • Running deep dive analysis into the data to answer specific business questions.
  • Supported by a Quality Analyst, you also monitor quality KPIs and work together with other teams should KPIs move unexpectedly.

  • Direct reports: 1

Required Skillset

  • Degree-educated in a field that covers data analytics or alternatively significant work experience showcasing hands-on exposure to these topics (nice to have/not mandatory).
  • At least 5 years of data analytics experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of (my)SQL & advanced knowledge of Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of market research processes and best practice.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and/or Postgres and/or Python and/or SPSS are a plus.
  • Showcasing stakeholder management among non-technical / non-data audiences is a plus.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages a are a plus.
