We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research and Analysis Expert to join our team.

In this role, you`ll support data-driven decision-making by conducting advanced marketing and loyalty analytics to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and the loyalty program. The role is essential in providing actionable insights that enable the organization to plan effective marketing activities and achieve strategic goals. By identifying key trends and opportunities for growth, you will provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to help plan marketing initiatives and drive organizational success in a competitive market.
Location: Bucharest, Romania

As a Research and Analysis Expert, you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage key analytical activities for the Trading Meetings supporting business and decision-making. Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing activities and category performance using comprehensive data sources (customer insights, market research, internal sources) to identify key drivers and opportunities

• Manage Business Cases by developing and overseeing financial calculations for marketing activities based on historical data and Group guidelines. Contribute to the business planning process by providing projections for growth with a special focus on the loyalty aspects

• Provide monthly and quarterly analyses of Brand tracking results to assess market position and identify improvement areas. Supports the business with the preparation of action plans and keeping track of delivery vs. plan

• Work with loyalty data to analyse loyalty activities and propose enhancements to improve the efficiency of loyalty promotions. Manage local and loyalty-based market research, including collecting briefs, collaborating with the Group research team, and supporting Group-wide studies

• Perform regular competitor monitoring and provide summarized insights to guide strategic decision-making. Provide a regular overview of the marketing budget ensuring expenditure in line with the business plan

• Collaborate with the Digital Factory and local analytics team by leveraging templates, contributing to ongoing developments, and addressing specific requirements to enhance business performance through advanced data analytics and reporting

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• University degree

• 3 years of experiences in data analytics and research in retail

• Proficiency in English

• MS Office, particularly Excel and PPT – advanced. Power BI – advanced, statistical analysis software, SQL familiarity an advantage

• Finanical acumen, critical thinking. Business-driven thinking with a pro-customer approach, independence, sense of responsibility, adaptability
