About the Role

We are looking for a
Team Lead DevOps
to join our Shared Services Division at RecoTek,
Bucharest, on a 6-month full-time contract (self-employed contractor)
.

You will play a critical role in our
shared services engineering model
, providing DevOps expertise and leadership to product engineering teams across the entire Reconomy Group. Working alongside QA Automation, UX/UI, Data/BI, and Business Systems teams, you'll ensure scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps practices that directly support multiple divisions.

What You'll Do

Lead DevOps practices within the Shared Services Division, mentoring engineers and standardizing processes

Define multi-environment
Azure cloud strategies
and guide implementation

Build and oversee
CI/CD pipelines
(Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)

Standardize
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
across teams

Manage incidents and create operational playbooks for high availability

Ensure compliance with
security & governance frameworks

Collaborate with QA, UX/UI, and Data/BI teams to deliver cross-divisional value

Partner with stakeholders across the Group to align DevOps delivery with business needs

What You Bring

• Strong experience with
  Azure infrastructure, services, and data platforms
• Expertise in
  Terraform, Bicep, IaC versioning
• Hands-on
  CI/CD pipeline design
  (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Advanced scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation beyond IaC
• Solid
  Linux/Ubuntu administration
  background
• Experience with
  monitoring & alerting tools
  (Azure Monitor, CloudWatch)
• Proven ability to deliver
  secure solutions
  for public and private users
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
