Marketing Operations Manager
for its client, a leading Romanian company with over 30 years of tradition in producing and distributing motorized equipment for agriculture and household use.

Location:
Craiova (or, alternatively, Slatina)

Main Purpose of the Job:
The Marketing Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the operational implementation of the company's marketing and communication strategy. This new role has been created to strengthen the local marketing function by coordinating daily activities, optimizing execution, and ensuring consistency between strategic direction and tactical delivery.

Job Profile:

1. General Coordination

  • Lead the daily marketing and communication activities in line with the company's strategic direction.
  • Plan and implement seasonal marketing and promotional campaigns for the company's product portfolio (e.g., tillers, chainsaws, pumps, electric tricycles, etc.).
  • Ensure brand consistency and coherent visual identity across all communication channels (online, retail, partners, events).
  • Collaborate with the internal design and graphics team to produce marketing and sales support materials (brochures, flyers, POS materials, digital content for partners, etc.).

2. Campaign Management and Communication

  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel promotional campaigns (social media, website, Google Ads, offline, retail partners).
  • Coordinate the creation of visual and promotional materials (brochures, banners, video content, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (advertising, digital, production).
  • Actively contribute to campaign content development (copy, visuals, storytelling).

3. Team Leadership

  • Coordinate a team of up to 5 specialists in social media, communication, events, and trade marketing.
  • Set priorities, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Foster collaboration and support professional growth within the team.
  • Work closely with sales, product, service, and retail departments to align marketing initiatives and campaigns.

4. Budget and Performance Management

  • Manage the operational marketing budget across campaigns, digital, production, events, and PR.
  • Track expenses and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI, proposing cost and efficiency optimizations.

5. Analysis and Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on campaign results, engagement metrics, and investment efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar and promotional plan.
  • Use digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SAP) to track performance.

6. Strategic Support and Development

  • Support the Marketing & Communication Director in defining strategic directions and project priorities.
  • Propose new initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and digital presence in the agricultural and DIY equipment markets.
  • Maintain relationships with media partners, collaborators, and influencers in the field.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level.
  • Driving license (Category B).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience in media planning and managing external agencies and suppliers.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing (preferably in channel or retail marketing), including at least 2 years in a team coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
