Receivables Analyst in Financial

Prohuman Craiova is recruiting for our client Ford Otosan Craiova -
Receivables Analyst in Financial
- Accounting Department

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate reports and financial statements on Receivables, both regularly and on request, including detailed analysis for Senior Finance Management.
• Communicate clearly with internal/external auditors and tax authorities to ensure data accuracy in all Sales and Receivables matters.
• Ensure compliance with Romanian laws and accounting standards, and complete timely reconciliations of assigned accounts.
• Manage the clearing of payments received against invoices for vehicles, engines, and parts with Ford and Ford Otosan entities.
• Oversee the timely preparation of all financial statements in line with local legislation, while collaborating with central teams to align with Turkey/US/statutory principles and the global goal of IFRS synchronization.
• Ensure compliance with Ford Otosan month-end closing calendar and reconciliation requirements.

Requirements:

• Economics degree
• Experience in Financial - Accounting domain - min 2 years
• Good knowledges of English language and MS Office, Outlook
• Good analytical and Verbal communication skills
• Sound motivational and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of Romanian accounting legislation and submission requirements.
• Preferably SAP knowledge
