We are looking for a
Product Solutions Architect
passionate about
defining and delivering innovative solutions
, both digital and business-focused, with a special emphasis on the
financial sector
. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming customer needs into clear, actionable solutions that have a direct impact on the business.

You will gather and analyze requirements, define business processes, create mockups and prototypes, prioritize initiatives, conduct market research, and perform competitive analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis
    : Gather and document business requirements, with a focus on the financial needs of clients.
  • Business Process Definition:
    Collaborate to optimize and adapt financial processes to the proposed digital solutions.
  • Creating Mockups and Prototypes:
    Translate requirements into visual and interactive solutions that support idea validation.
  • Prioritizing Initiatives:
    Identify and prioritize initiatives that best address the financial needs of the market.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    Conduct research to identify trends and existing solutions in the industry, ensuring proposed solutions are competitive and innovative.
  • Budget Management
    : Actively participate in managing the budget for development and optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience
    : 3–5 years in a similar role, with a focus on financial analysis and the development of digital or business solutions.
  • Strong Financial Knowledge:
    Understanding of business finance concepts (budgeting, OPEX/CAPEX, KPIs, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) is essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
    Ability to clearly communicate requirements and solutions to both technical and business teams.
  • Ability to Turn Ideas into Concrete Solutions:
    Experience in creating prototypes and clear documentation for solution implementation.
  • Prototyping and Documentation Skills:
    Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq) and documentation tools.
  • Agile Experience:
    Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus.
