Responsabilități:

  • Supervizarea echipei de agenți de call center pentru a asigura un nivel ridicat de performanță și satisfacție a clienților.
  • Dezvoltarea și implementarea strategiilor pentru îmbunătățirea eficienței operaționale și a calității serviciilor oferite.
  • Formarea și instruirea continuă a agenților pentru a asigura conformitatea cu standardele companiei și pentru a promova excelența în serviciul clienți.
  • Gestionarea situațiilor conflictuale și rezolvarea problemelor cu clienții într-un mod profesionist și eficient.

  • Generarea de rapoarte și analize periodice pentru a evalua performanța echipei și pentru a identifica oportunități de îmbunătățire.

  • Cerințe:

  • Experiență anterioară într-o poziție similară într-un mediu de call center.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare verbală și scrisă.
  • Capacitatea de a lucra sub presiune și de a gestiona eficient multiple sarcini simultan.
  • Atenție la detalii și orientare către rezultate.

  • Cunoștințe solide de operare a echipamentelor de call center și a sistemelor CRM.
