Recruiter or psychologist

We are a recruitment and selection services company specializing in attracting and evaluating talent for different sectors at an international level. We are looking for our next recruiter or psychologist for the European region, an experienced professional with a focus on results and a passion for connecting people with the best opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Human Resources and personnel management.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in commercial profiles, customer service, and financial services.
• Knowledge of interpreting psychometric tests and reporting.

• Proficiency in platforms, ERPs, and HRMS for candidate management.

• Languages: Romanian, Czech, Slovak, Poland.

• Key competencies: Assertive communication, self-management, results-oriented.
• Computer and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment and selection processes from start to finish for the European region.

Administer and analyze psychometric tests to candidates.

• Post job offers on various professional portals and networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Prepare and present selection reports.
• Manage and keep candidate profiles up to date on HRMS/ERP platforms.

• Ensure timely and assertive communication with candidates and internal leaders.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
