Responsibilities

  • Ability to plan and implement the full set of test automation activities: create, maintain, and execute automated tests.
  • Develop, extend, and improve the existing Test Automation tools and test frameworks
  • Providing input to the project plan/release plan, defect/change management processes, systems integration, testing tools and processes;
  • Identifying areas of weakness to existing procedures, continually implementing new procedures, and assessing risk of impact from changes to projects;
  • Assisting the IT application team in achieving quality products by identifying defects and deficiencies early and providing feedback for continuously improving the development and testing processes.
  • Ability to perform manual testing when required.

SKILLS

Must have

  • We'd love you to bring:
  • 6+ years overall software testing experience
  • 4+ years test automation experience
  • 2+ years of work experience with JAVA and SQL
  • Hands on experience with Selenium WebDriver
  • Hands on experience with unit testing frameworks such as TestNG and JUnit
  • Hands on experience with version control systems such as Git, BitBucket
  • Hands on experience in using test and defects management tools (JIRA, HP ALM)
  • Very good understanding of Test Automation Design Patterns (POM, DAL, Factory, Façade)

Nice to have

Nice to have:
• TestOps experience (GitHub actions, TeamCity)
• Web Services/API testing (SOAP, REST)
• Test Automation Architecture
• Design Patterns
• Performance testing and tools (jMeter, LoadRunner)
• BDD: Cucumber
