Inside Sales

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the client portfolio and generated leads.
- Support the identification of business opportunities in
road transport operations
. - Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up on offers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of
road transport services
. - Maintain contact with clients and assist in resolving issues.
- Support market research and sales strategy implementation.
Profile / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar.
- 1–2 years of experience
in inside sales or client support, ideally in logistics/freight forwarding. - Basic knowledge of
road transport operations
is a plus. - Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
- Intermediate English
(written and spoken) required; additional languages are a plus. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
