Alătură-te echipei noastre ca R&D Development Technologist și vei avea ocazia să:

  • Dezvolți și implementezi produse și procese noi sau îmbunătățite pentru piețele naționale și internaționale.
  • Coordonezi proiecte de la faza de prototip până la testarea industrială.
  • Colaborezi cu echipe multidisciplinare 
  • Asiguri respectarea cerințelor de calitate, siguranță și specificații tehnice.
  • Participi activ în echipe agile și sa promovezi inovația în cadrul organizației.

Profilul candidatului ideal:

  • Minimum 2 ani experiență într-un rol similar (dezvoltare produse, tehnologie alimentară, R&D).
  • Diplomă în Tehnologia Alimentară sau experiență relevantă în operațiuni specifice industriei alimentare.
  • Cunoștințe solide de legislație alimentară, igienă și siguranță.
  • Abilități de planificare, analiză și coordonare proiecte.
  • Engleză fluent.
  • Atitudine deschisă, colaborativă și orientată spre învățare continuă.
  • Disponibilitate pentru deplasări.
