Prezinta avantaj cunostinte privind relatiile cu clientii, tehnici de negociere;

Experienta minima 2 ani ;

Orientare catre client si pe rezolvarea problemelor intr-o maniera eficienta;

Abilitati de comunicare si relationare;

Planificarea si organizarea activitatii;

Capacitatea de a evalua si a lua decizii;

Obiectivele postului:

Asigura organizarea si gestionarea clientilor alocati cu scopul atingerii planurilor de vanzari.

Imbunatateste permanent imaginiea companiei Terapia in relatia cu clientii.

Sarcini şi responsabilităţi principale:

Organizeaza si gestioneaza intreaga activitate ce tine de clientii alocati;

Asigura managementul activitatilor legate de client in functie de prioritati;

Faciliteaza implementarea strategiei de vanzari in teren conform indicatorilor;

Asigura implementarea deciziilor de companie urmarind atingerea obiectivelor de vanzare;

Monitorizeaza o buna distributie a livrarilor si a stocurilor in depozitele clientilor alocati cu scopul de acoperire nationala in raport cu vanzarile targetate;

Se asigura de dimensionarea stocurilor prevenind aparitia situatiilor de out of stock la clientii alocati;

Mentine relatii de incredere cu clientii, cat si cu echipele cu care colaboreaza pentru cresterea rezultatelor;

Participa la intalnirile periodice cu clientii / echipele cu frecventa stabilita de companie;

Analizeaza performanta vanzarilor clientilor alocati, face propuneri pentru atingerea obiectivului de vanzare si le prezinta managementului;

Identifica necesitatile clientilor, face propuneri si argumenteaza masurile necesare;

Monitorizeaza si efectueaza activitati administrative legate de clienti, facturi, discounturi, contracte;

Monitorizeaza vanzarile, livrarile, creantele si intocmeste rapoarte specifice;

Asigura un management optim al timpului si al prioritatilor integrand nevoile de companie cu nevoile clientilor;

Reprezinta interesele companiei avand in acelasi timp o buna intelegere a nevoilor clientului;

Pastreaza confidentialitatea datelor companiei conform bunelor practici;
