Happy Mammoth is a fast-growing natural food tech business selling across the United States, Australia and Europe. We specialize in formulating, producing, and marketing gut, digestive and microbiome health foods and natural supplements, designed to help our clients make long-lasting positive health changes and start living very full lives again.

We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our Product team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll play a key role in shaping new product concepts, supporting end-to-end development, and ensuring our product launches are strategically aligned with consumer demand and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Innovation & Concept Support

Conduct market and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, product gaps, and consumer demand.Create data-backed product concept briefs to support Marketing and R&D.Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product requirements and actionable recommendations.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing throughout the product lifecycle.Support documentation development for internal approvals, presentations, and launch materials.Ensure smooth alignment across teams to maintain timelines and project accuracy.

3. Packaging, Labeling & Copy Development

Develop draft packaging concepts, label structures, and written copy for packaging materials.Collaborate with Quality & Regulatory to ensure all packaging components meet regional compliance and formatting requirements.Coordinate revisions, version control, and stakeholder review cycles for packaging and label assets.

4. Naming Management

Lead the end-to-end naming process for new products.Organize brainstorming sessions, manage naming forms, and guide names through cross-functional evaluation.Submit proposed names for legal review and manage feedback, iterations, and approvals.Ensure final name alignment across stakeholders and maintain all related documentation.

5. Reporting & Analysis 

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track product performance, innovation pipeline metrics, and market benchmarks.Provide regular insights to Product, Marketing, and Leadership on trends, performance drivers, and opportunities.Analyze post-launch performance, customer feedback, retention, and sales trends to identify optimizations or new product opportunities.Present reports in clear, actionable formats tailored to executive and cross-functional stakeholders. 

Requirements

Experience in product development, product analysis, consumer insights, or related fields.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, marketing, or supply chain teams.Excellent written communication skills for drafting packaging copy and naming rationales.Highly organized with strong project management and version control discipline.Familiarity with supplements, wellness, FMCG, or health products is a plus.
