You are our ideal candidate if you have:

3–5 years of recruitment experience (retail background = a plus)

Advanced English & solid MS Office skills

Strong communication, empathy, and perseverance

Willingness to travel within the country (B driving license required)

Your main responsibilities will include:

Recruiting and onboarding new colleagues

Supporting managers with training and HR guidance

Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports

Managing the full recruitment cycle – from job postings and sourcing to signing the employment contract
