IT Technical Project Manager

Your new role: You will combine the skills of a Project Manager and a Business Analyst, with strong IT technical expertise and ability to describe how the solution should be designed from IT perspective. 

Activities going to help you shine:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from requirements gathering to successful implementation and handover.
• Conduct business analysis to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, describe into functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with external vendors, integrators, and technology providers to design and implement innovative IT solutions.
• Organizing and carrying out BA project according to the requirements of the beneficiaries.
• Supervises, by providing common and repeatable processes according to the project methodology, the correct implementation of the projects / programs for which he is responsible.
• Maintains and improves the methodology: processes, procedures, templates, standards, best practices, guidelines, policies.
• Participates in strategic portfolio analysis.
• Organizing and planning resources according to the approved purpose of the project / program;
• Development of a project plan that would allow both the execution of the project and its monitoring.
• Monitors the risks of the project in accordance with the risk procedure in force and with the risk management plan approved;
• Follows the realization of deliverables in accordance with the project documentation and with the approved contractual clauses;
• Identifies and proposes the methodology according to which the project will be carried out;
• Assign tasks to project team members;
• Monitors projects and prepares regular status reports to key stakeholders;
• Facilitates communication between project participants;
• Manages the relationship with the suppliers involved in the project, within the approved contractual framework;
• Establishes and maintains project management practices;
• Creates and uses metrics on project management results;
• Identifies and implements Project Management best practices.

•  Bachelor's degree in relevant field: Information technologies or related field;
• Excellent knowledge of IT, software implementation and system integrations.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project and Contract Management processes, strategies, and methods;
• Working experience: at least 4 -5 year of experience in coordinating the implementation of important  Business application projects; 
• Qualification: Project management qualification: PMP certification/ PRINCE2 Practitioner/Certified scrum master;
• Principles, practices, tools and techniques of project management
• Knowledge of planning, cost estimation / control, risk management, resource planning, 
• MS Office: advanced level;
• English - advanced level;
• Project Portfolio System: advanced level;
• Excel: intermediate / advanced level;
• Good communications skills with customers, team and stakeholders.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving approach.
