Role Description
We are seeking a motivated professional for the New Business Development role. In this part-time hybrid position, located in Bucharest, Romania, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and create customized proposals. You will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, conduct market research, and track sales activities. Some remote work is permissible as part of the hybrid work structure.
Qualifications
Experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales
Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation
Strong Networking and Relationship-Building Skills
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
Ability to Work Independently in a Hybrid Work Environment
Knowledge of the Advertising and Marketing Industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
