if 1/4 Analyse and study the project's contract specifications and descriptive documents, technical reports and drawings, in order to meet the Client's requirements;

if 1/4 Gather and request clarifications and details on the project's contract specifications and descriptive documents, technical reports and drawings, in order to clarify doubts to support the engineering process and construction;

if 1/4 Analyse and prepare studies and remaining documentation specific to each project to propose a more adjusted solution to the Client, complying with technical requirements within the foreseen budgets;

if 1/4 Costs control, works reporting, production and plan of works preparation.

if 1/4 Support for monitoring and coordination of works on site

if 1/4 Creation of schedules and maintenance of construction documentation

if 1/4 Reporting on progress of works and maintaining accounts

if 1/4 Placing orders, overseeing delivery planning and timeliness

if 1/4 Maintaining site documentation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional standards

if 1/4 Execution of orders entered in the construction log book

if 1/4 Preparation of as-built documentation of construction works

if 1/4 Prepare project's elements, ensuring detailed documents are issued in a timely manner;

if 1/4 To actively collaborate in the validation and definition of equipment and technical solutions;

if 1/4 To technically manage the projects' needs, subcontractors, materials and engineering companies;

if 1/4 Actively assist in the search, negotiation, procurement and purchase of materials and subcontracts.

if 1/4 To actively assist and collaborate with Project and Development in the preparation of budgets and proposals;

if 1/4 To actively participate in the discussion and defence of technical solutions with clients;

if 1/4 Assist and provide technical support to worksite teams;

if 1/4 To prepare weekly measurements of the worksite, entering them in SAP.

if 1/4 Close cooperation and assistance to the CJR Group entities in Romania and Portugal and to the CJR Group collaborators
