Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Front End Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable user interfaces for our cutting-edge financial technology products. This role requires a strong technical background, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and testable code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and resolve complex front-end issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Extensive experience with at least one major modern JavaScript framework , Angular, or ) and its ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Demonstrable experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx, Vuex).
• Proficiency with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Gulp) and package managers (npm, yarn).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Protractor).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and find effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Familiarity with financial technology or enterprise software development is a plus.
