For our promising e-commerce client, we are seeking a
Warehouse Chief
to oversee warehouse operations and lead a small team.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations and supervise staff (3 warehouse employees)
• Plan and organize warehouse workflow efficiently
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure smooth handling of goods, storage, and dispatch
• Maintain records and monitor inventory
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Romanian & English fluency
• Experience in warehouse operations (furniture industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
• Able to manage people and lead a small team
• Knowledge of warehouse equipment
• Experience with online warehouse management systems is a plus
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
