About your workplace

Obiectivul postului

Asigura functionarea optima a echipamentelor SMT (hardware si software) si ofera suport tehnic echipelor implicate in procesul de asamblare electronica.

Responsabilitati principale

• Intretinere preventiva, corectiva si optimizare echipamente SMT (laser marking, printer, spi, pick & place, cuptor, transport).

• Creare si actualizare documentatie tehnica: instructiuni, planuri de control, etc.

• Analiza si solutionare erori si defecte de proces SMT.

• Implementare proiecte de imbunatatire si NPI.

• Setare si optimizare programe SMT conform cerintelor produsului.

• Colaborare cu echipe tehnice interne si externe (ex. Miele Germania).

• Monitorizare performanta echipamente si propunere solutii pentru eficienta.

• Definire si aplicare planuri de mentenanta si piese de schimb.

• Participare in analize FMEA si actiuni corective.

• Respectare cerinte SSM/SU/mediu si actiune in caz de urgenta.

Cerinte si competente

• Studii: Medii/superioare in Electronica, Automatizari, Mecatronica.

• Experienta: 2–3 ani in domeniul de productie electronice sau in intretinerea si depanarea echipamentelor industriale, preferabil in medii de productie automatizata.

• Abilitati: Organizare, comunicare, invatare rapida, rezistenta la stres, seriozitate, adaptabilitate.

• Alte cerinte:

  • Disponibilitate pentru program in 3 schimburi

  • Limba engleza – nivel mediu
