Mechanical Reliability Engineer

For our client, an important tyre manufacturer, we are recruiting a
Mechanical Reliability Engineer, in Slatina.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support maintenance technicians to ensure safe, standardized, and efficient work practices;
• Apply significant hands-on engineering experience in daily operations;
• Work with automated equipment, including packaging machinery, sortation systems, and conveyors;
• Optimize maintenance costs by implementing a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program;
• Evaluate the impact of equipment modifications on reliability and performance;
• Prepare regular reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in the Engineering and Technical Sector;
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering);
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of CMMS systems;
• Hands-on experience with mechanical and automated equipment;
• Advanced English language proficiency.
