Customer Contract Officer with Dutch
to join our team in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer contacts via
    voice, email, and messaging
  • Deliver a
    positive customer experience
    by demonstrating:
  • Professional call etiquette
  • Sense of urgency
  • Product and service knowledge
  • Genuine concern for customer needs
  • Ensure
    timely and efficient resolution
    of customer issues
  • Proactively build and maintain
    positive relationships
    with clients and customers
  • Process transactions for different clients and business processes in various systems, according to instructions provided by direct management and supported by internal tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    High School Diploma (BAC)
  • Dutch – B2 level (mandatory)
  • English – B2 level
  • Career Level:
    CL12
  • Open to
    junior profiles
    – no previous professional experience required

Candidate Profile

  • Very good Dutch language skills (B2)
  • Any previous experience in
    Customer Support
    ,
    Call Center
    , or roles involving communication in Dutch is an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based environment

Work Schedule

  • Shift-based program:
  • 09:00 – 18:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00
  • 11:00 – 20:00
  • Work model:
  • First
    6 months: Full on-site
  • Afterwards:
    Hybrid (2 days/week from home)
