ALTEX is a Romanian investment group founded in 1992 and the market leader in electro-IT retail.
Being an omnichannel retailer, Altex mission is to make technology and equipment that improve life comfort accessible to all customers.
The company is in continuous growth and development and we are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter with experience in full recruitment cycles to join our team. We expect all candidates to send us the application documents by the 15th of September.
Recruitment and selection steps:
· Submitting applications by the 15th of September
· All application documents will be reviewed by the 20th of September and only applicants fulfilling all job and profile requirements will be considered eligible for next step
· Eligible applicants will be invited to take a written assessment
· Final interview

· CV
· Cover letter submitted by the candidate telling us why you want to be part of Altex and what personal and professional qualities you can bring. Please mention your studies diploma within the cover letter
· Employment references from former employees would represent an advantage
· We reserve the right to proceed with recruitment processes only with candidates who have demonstrated civic behavioral integrity and by applying to this role, you will confirm that you are not registered in the criminal record
Your main responsibilities:
· Manage full cycle recruiting process: source, process, and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications and eligibility
· Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
· Take part in events, jobs fairs and any projects aimed to develop our talent pool
· Implement innovative recruitment strategies and develop creative solutions to generate high-quality CV's
· Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
· Partner with onboarding team to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to becoming a team member
· Perform stay/exit interviews when necessary
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
· Promote company's brand as "best place to work"
· Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
We expect the ideal candidate to have the following skills and experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
· Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator (5+ years work experience in a recruiting position )
· Possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels within the organization
· Have experience with applicant tracking systems and significant experience with passive candidate sourcing
· Knowledge of labor legislation
