We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Asset Management Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions in SAP modules related to Asset Management (e.g., SAP PM, EAM, or S/4HANA Asset Management). The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement best practices to optimize asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Asset Management solutions.

• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud implementation projects.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP PM/EAM modules, S/4HANA.

• Support full lifecycle implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

• Apply SAP Activate methodology throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize maintenance strategies and asset performance.

• Provide functional expertise for integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI-AA, PP).

• Prepare documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and user guides.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for key users and business teams.

• Support data migration and interface development related to Asset Management.

• Participate in system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Asset Management (SAP PM, EAM).
• Proven experience with SAP Activate methodology.

• SAP Certification C_S43_2023 – SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Asset Management – required.

• Experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle processes including maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and technical objects.

• Good understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI-AA).

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Experience in utility, manufacturing, oil & gas, or other asset-intensive industries.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for Asset Management.

• Working knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
